What I am trying to understand is what happened to my missing skins.
I only became aware of the loss after it had already occurred, which is why I was unable to provide footage or screenshots of the exact moment they disappeared. The lack of evidence is not because the loss did not occur, but because I discovered it later while playing.
I am a returning casual player who has enjoyed Fisch for a long time. I have experienced previous data-related issues in the game, like the “Black Box of Death” incident way back in the days, which is why I initially wondered whether something similar could or might have actually happened again to me again as the box still appears and I still encounter some data loses often. At the same time, I have not seen any indication that my account was compromised. please refer to the document about this
The previous responses referenced a “possible account compromise” and later a lack of evidence of a bug. However, neither response clarified what available records indicate happened to the missing skins.
Even if restoration is not possible, I would sincerely appreciate any clarification regarding whether your records show an identifiable cause for the disappearance of my skins, whatever it is.
Understanding what happened is my primary concern.
